1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking or enquiry with Godandeli Resort (operated under the domain godandeli.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from our team.
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the website enquiry form.
Godandeli Resort reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.
48–72 hours before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment.
Less than 48 hours / No-show: No refund. Advance payment is forfeited.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank charges, if any, shall be borne by the guest.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 11:00 AM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM (next day)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

6. Package Inclusions

All packages include accommodation (1 night), unlimited buffet meals (1 dinner + 1 breakfast + 1 lunch + evening tea), and the listed adventure activities. AC in Deluxe Rooms is available at an additional charge of ₹200 per person per night.

7. Activity Safety & Liability

All adventure activities are conducted under the supervision of trained, certified guides.
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
Godandeli Resort shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in adventure activities.
Guests with medical conditions (heart disease, pregnancy, back/neck injuries, etc.) must inform the resort before participating in any activity.
The resort reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the surrounding environment.
Damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Pets are not allowed on the property.

9. Environmental Responsibility

Godandeli Resort is committed to eco-tourism. Guests are requested to minimise plastic use, not disturb wildlife, and respect the natural environment of Dandeli.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on godandeli.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Godandeli Resort. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

Godandeli Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttara Kannada, Karnataka.
