What is included in the package price?
All packages include accommodation (1 night / 24 hrs), unlimited buffet meals (1 dinner + 1 breakfast + 1 lunch + evening tea), and all listed adventure activities: boating, river rafting, kayaking, infinity pool, rain dance, night DJ, campfire, archery, badminton, table tennis, and carrom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 11:00 AM and check-out is at 10:00 AM the next day — giving you a full 23-hour experience.
Is AC available in all rooms?
AC is available in Deluxe Rooms at an additional charge of ₹200 per person. Other room types are non-AC but are well-ventilated and comfortable.
Can I customize the package?
Yes! Contact us on WhatsApp or call us to discuss group discounts, special arrangements for birthdays/anniversaries, or custom add-ons.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Please see our full Terms & Conditions.
